For those left to fend for themselves life is hard, but 18 years after the war started, a boy Jake meets a city girl Kida by accident and they discover the true horror behind the White City and what secrets it holds. The two set out together with Jake's tech friend Ian, and their dog Rex, to put an end to the White Citys plan, and to stop the destruction of the world before it crumbles beneath them."
